My washer went out in the middle of a wash cycle. I wasn't looking forward to thumbing through the phone book to find someone I knew nothing about. Oh a whim I called my next door neighbor to see if she knew someone who could help. Right away she said call AllState Appliance Repair and gave me the phone number. When I first called AllState Appliance Service, I expected there to be a long wait. But, it seemed they had a friendly repairman at my door before the water got cold. He finished the work in minutes and had my washer washing again before I knew it. I just knew he was going to charge an arm and a leg, but to my surprise I ended up paying less than I had expected to pay for parts only. I had to ask him twice if that was the ENTIRE charge. He must have thought I was a little nuts, because he just smiled and said, "That's it. You're all set. My washer has been working perfectly ever since. I will never use any other company for any appliance repairs in my home.

I have a Kenmore refrigerator, which I have hated for several years. A year after I purchased it, it began to drip water inside. I had several "knowledgeable" people to look at it. They all told me it was a product defect and nothing could be done. So, it just kept getting worse and worse. Sears refused to take it back since it was out of warranty.
Recently, I happened to mention it to my mechanic hoping he might take a look at it, but instead he looked in his tool box and gave me a card for All State Appliance Repair. I started to complain that I had already paid good money after bad to have so called "professionals" only charge me to tell me there was nothing that could be done. He just shrugged his shoulders and said, "Well you said you wanted someone as good as I am on cars. That's your guy." And he was right.
The repairman came the same day I called. I didn't expect much but I told him I would be happy if he could just slow the leak down a little so I could take out some of the drip pots I have been using for years that were taking up so much space. He didn't say much about that. But, in less than a half hour he had completely fixed the running water so that there was not even a drop he then handed me the drip pots and told me I could trash them if I wanted because I would not be needing them again.
Here's the part that really blew me away... after he had already fixed the problem, he touched the freezer with his hand and told me it was running hot. He even had me feel it for myself. It has always felt that, I told him I had never had a problem with the freezer. Then he got on the floor and removed a bottom panel I had never noticed was there. That's when I thought to myself, "Oh boy! Here it comes. Here comes the up sell. He will fix the problem I asked him to fix and then charge me an arm and a leg for something else." But, he reached in and pulled out a wad of dust the size of a small cat saying, "Here's your problem." I never noticed that panel and never knew I should dust there. It had not been dusted in 8 years. That's how long I have had the refrigerator. And for 7 of those years I have only used 2 thirds of my refrigerator because the rest of the space was taken up with drip pots.
My refrigerator works perfectly now. It does not drip. The freezer freezes faster than I remember it ever freezing before. And he never charged me one dime extra for for fixing the freezer when he could have made me believe the problem was something costly. What a wonderful company and what wonderful service! Now, I have the best mechanic in the world AND the best appliance repair company in the world. Thank you Juan for doing such a wonderful job and thank you for being so very honest. You have my permission to post this entire email. But, please don't print my last name. I don't want anyone to know I didn't dust under my refrigerator for 8 years!

This was a great experience! He was able to quickly diagnose our refrigerator problem and had the refrigerator part to repair it in the truck! He was in and out in about 30 mins and we had our refrigerator up and running again. Price was VERY reasonable - it is great to meet an honest repair company today!
